Taxi Driver Data comes equipped with the ability to
upload documents to the server which relate to either the driver or to a
company. The type of document uploaded is entirely a matter for
the councils themselves but could include pictures or video clips
letters or
other documents. When a document is uploaded it is copied digitally, onto the server and remains there in exactly the same way it is stored on a local computer. This forms a handy backup for documents if this is required. The decision to use this facility is entirely at the discretion of the council using the system.
